Actually once you hard coded the IP of the Belkin, you probably skipped


the whole gatewayt thing, which is crucial. What FrederickHokie posted is right, though. Hard code a device to 2.anything and then plug back into the Belkin. Check the IP of the Belkin and ensure it's 2.whatever. If you don't want to go crazy checking DHCP scopes and exclusions, just give it an address of 2.254. Then make sure the subnet matches the main router and ensure the gateway is 192.168.2.1.
